  Today was the first time we decided to eat here and it was great. The food was hot and yummy. The waitress was really good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think the portion sizes could be better for what they are charging but overall it is a place my family and I will be back to eat again.

  A quaint throwback to the 1950's. A great little whole in the wall diner that has not changed in decades but serving up wonderful food, quickly and on a budget. They have added a lot of trendy new neighbors with new menu options but here the menu's are largely either scrawled on white boards or you get the daily special, each hand written down on an index card.
  
  I got the Seafood special for lunch and it came out quick. They had to hunt around for the last bottle of malted vinegar that had a few drops left but the catfish was excellent. I was a bit let down by the meager portion of the Mac & Cheese but that and the fried green beans were both quite flavorful.
  
  The staff here are a bunch of friendly older ladies and my guess is none of them have ever even looked at social media to see what sort of reviews they are getting (no facebook or web presence) but I certainly would consider returning here.

  Old time atmosphere wonderful people fantastic food. Owner is 75 she use to waitress in her 20s and bought the restaurant. She still waits on tables.
